Thanks for dropping by and your comment.

So sorry that I have put French spelling instead of English spelling of Ramiken - (a small dish for baking and serving an individual portion of food), that is usually use for making Crème brûlée.
I use ramiken to measure - 1 bowl = 1 ramiken bowl for the Douhua recipe.
