Financiers aux Fraises et Pistaches
First of all, apology for my short disappearance. I have been busy, busy and busy. Well, same old excuse. But, hey I am trying to get back on track now, so it’s not that bad after all.
It’s gonna be another ‘Bank holiday’ weekend in the UK. We are gonna have Arnaud’s mom in London today and have got the finanlised ‘to-do’ list done to make her second visit another memorable one! I have got my menu planned too. So, all the below are what we are gonna have tomorrow evening for dinner.
Arnaud has volunteered to bake as he is the chef de partie. Financiers aux fraises et pistaches, that’s one of his specialities. So, my job is to snap these little pretty ones. Felicitation Arnaud, ils sont tres bon!!
