It's new to me! Can't really imagine the taste now but I'm sure it will be the kinda sweet and bitter ice-cream I like….yummy! We have Guinness crab and Guinness spare ribs served in the local Chinese restaurants. Have you tried them before?

I love Guiness ice-cream. Surprisingly it is a popular flavour here and is sold by street vendors.
