fantastic and incredibly easy cookie recipe! They are so delicious and crunchy, and it's the perfekt amount of white chocolate, cranberries and macadamia nuts. Just amazing!

I love macadamia nuts …. but it's difficult to find those with flavours (such as wasabi and abalone) in the UK!

these must be the prettiest cookies I have seen in a while. The cranberries give it such a beautiful red colour here and there =)
