I feel like a Greek god when I eat this. My people have been eating this ambrosia for millennia.

My idea of a perfect dessert is a few tablespoons of vanilla greek yogurt drizzled with honey and topped with sliced toasted almonds. The almonds add a nuttiness and a great textural contrast.
It tastes just like ice-cream, except of course infinitely more healthy :)

I am looking into getting corporate caterers or a catering franchise for an event I am holding and I found your article on Greek Yogurt with Honey a good read.

Hi, Leemei, I eat yogurt everyday, I love eat! I didn't know the procedure to make Greek Yogurt, I also buy the one you mentioned. As for honey, in Italy we have many kinds of it. I always buy one particular type of organic honey which is creamy rather than fluid and not too sweet, just delicious:)) Ciao Sabrina
