Ciao Leemei, how are you? I'm fine especially now that the rain has stopped also in Italy! I heard about smoothie lots of times without knowing what it is. So you say that there is no rules but would you still call it a smoothie if you put milk in it? Or is it made only with fruit? Anyway I love bananas and raspberries:)) Bye Sabrina

This looks perfect for a hot summer day. I hadn't thought of putting apple juice in a smoothie, but will have to give this a try!

Tigerfish,
Yes I know.. over here, 30 degrees is really a big deal.. hehehehehhe.. in Malaysia, I never check the temperature on the daily basis like what I do here.. I think it's better to have warm better than too cold, no?

Gertrude,
Is it really warm there too? I just learnt that it might rain over the weekend in London. :(
