Malaysia in London
Malaysia in London...
I am happy … so happy that Malaysia Week London events officially kicked off today at  Potters Fields Park in Tooley Street, (nearest tube station is London Bridge). Just came back about 45 minutes ago, and had satisfied my tastebuds with Satay and Roti Canai! What else could I ask for?   Not only there are food stalls, there are also plenty of Malaysian arts and crafts on offer. Apart from that, there are...

Basically, it’s deep fried chicken served with...

Free-range chicken
Free-range chicken...
It has been more than 2 months since I last posted one of my favourite recipes using free-range chicken.     I wonder how many of you now buy free-range chicken? Or do you still think that there is no difference between a 2 for £5 chicken and a free-range?    I have been invited by Kate from A Merrier World, to submit a post for ‘Let Them Eat Chicken’ food blogging event in creating awareness of...
A Wedding in Normandie, France
A Wedding in Normandie, France...
I found myself trying to catch up writing new post on here. 24 hours a day doesn’t seem quite enough as I have so many things that I want to do. Ideally 36 hours a day? Or cut down working hours to 6, then have the rest 18 hours for myself – 8 hours to sleep and 10 hours to do whatever I want to do. That sounds pretty good, hey!   We had a long weekend in France as we were invited to a Wedding. The last...
