Thanks for all the comments. Just a note on this recipe, I find it slightly sweet for my taste. Perhaps, cut down the quantity of the Caramel. Instead of putting 1 tin, put 3/4 or half a tin. As the crushed Peppermint Aero also add sweetness in the tart.
