Not only does this dish look good, the recipe is excellent. While homebound yesterday because of an ice storm, I made this custard for lunch in 20 minutes, including steaming time, using bonito stock instead of chicken granules. I couldn't be more pleased with the result and want to thank you for your generosity in sharing this recipe. Jan. 8, 2009.
